It appears that New York City is the hottest location for a new timeshare resort property. Oceanfronts, mountains, and theme parks have always been known as a location for great timeshare properties. However, it appears that the core of a large active and vibrant city is now becoming a great vacation destination, especially for timeshares. Resorts have been recently added to the downtown urban cores of Chicago, Boston, New Orleans, San Antonio, and most especially New York City. Just in the last month, Manhattan Island has added three properties from a well known list timeshare companies, such as Bluegreen, Hilton Grand Vacations, and Westgate Resorts. Bluegreen Resorts has acquired all of the Manhattan Club, the Quin Hotel is becoming a Hilton Grand Vacation Club resort property, and the famous Hilton New York Grand Central has become the Westgate New York City.
