They are using our address but different phone numbers and emails, demanding payment via Moneypac, GreenDot, PayPal, CashApp, direct deposit, money order, wire transfer, gift cards, Western Union, Bitcoin, or other untraceable payment methods. They often claim your timeshare has been sold and ask for things like title search fees, deed research fees, legal fees, luxury taxes, or processing charges.
